Cancelation charges
-30 days before departure: 25% of the price of the cruise
-14-30 days before departure: 50% of the price of the cruise
-5-13 days before departure: 75% of the price of the cruise
-Less than 5 days before departure: 100% of the price of the cruise

If canceled by us, a refund of the deposit will be made by a bank transfer. However, we can not be held responsible for the consequences of external events such as:
-Misrepresentation of identity documents or insufficient validity, or non-compliant with the data on the travel document, and/or the police station, Customs or registration desk.
-In case of default of registration (including delay in boarding) - Incidents or unforeseeable and insurmountable event of a third party such as wars, political unrest, external strikes, technical or administrative external incidents, weather conditions, breakdowns, losses or theft of luggage, or any acts of God.
-The delays incurred due to the cases referred to above, as well as the modification of the program that possibly could result from those changes, will not lead to any compensation from us. Especially those due to the change in the length of the initially planned trip or flight delays. Any additional costs associated with these disturbances (taxes, hotel, parking, redemption tickets, etc) will remain the responsibility of the diver/passenger. We reserve the right to change the dates, times or routes planned if we believe the divers/passenger safety can not be ensured at that time, thus they will not be entitled to any compensation from us.
-The captain on board reserves the right to prohibit diving, if he considers that a diver does not have the level required to perform under the most secure conditions for him or the other divers. In no event shall any such decision entitle any refund. In case of doubt, the captain may request confirmation for level diving and/or change the nature of dives to softer spots.
